General

By registering for a FLTR:ED Conference you are acknowledging that you have read, understood and agreed to the below terms and conditions. As FLTR:ED is a medical conference aimed at providing Continuing Medical Education (CME) it is your responsibility that you ensure that it meets your CME requirements prior to registering.

Refunds

All cancellation requests must be made in writing to the FLTR:ED email account. No refunds will be made if a cancellation request occurs within one month of any conference. If a request occurs at any other time (ie. more than 30 days prior to the conference) then a 25% refund will be issued. Alternatively in special circumstances a credit for the full amount may be given which can be used towards a future conference.

Ticket Resale

A ticket may only be re-sold or transferred with written permission from FLTR:ED.

Delegate Responsibility

All participants are expected to assume personal responsibility for their own safety, personal injury, and the security of their property during the conference. FLRT:ED shall not be held liable for any such incidents.

It is strongly recommended that you take out travel insurance prior to booking all components of your travel.

Conference Cancellation and Changes

If such circumstances necessitate the cancellation of the conference, participants will be provided with a full refund or credit equal to the full amount paid. This credit can be applied to any future FLTR:ED Conferences.

In the event of unforeseen circumstances such as disease, epidemics, war, strikes or riots, which make it inadvisable, illegal or impractical to hold the conference, FLTR:ED assumes no responsibility for financial losses incurred by conference delegates.

FLTR:ED reserves the right to change the conference date and location. All changes will occur in writing and will be made no later than one month prior to the conference start date. If a change of this nature is required, or if a conference is cancelled or postponed, FLRT:ED will in no way be held responsible for any cost or loss in relation to expenses incurred for travel, accommodation, loss of income or any other losses of any description incurred by the purchaser.

By registering for a FLTR:ED Conference, participants acknowledge their acceptance of and agreement to these outlined terms and conditions.
